Capstone Internship

All second-year Associates in the CIVICUS Living and Learning Program participate in a Capstone Internship for academic credit. A variety of internship opportunities are available on and off campus to match each student's interests and schedule. For many students, the CIVICUS Capstone Internship sets the foundation for future resume building and professional opportunities. The CIVICUS alumni community plays an active role in helping current students network with professional mentors.

In addition to completing the internship experience, students take a class that helps them integrate what they are learning in the professional environment.  Students craft resumes and cover letters, perfect professional interviewing skills, and practice business and dining etiquette.
