Amy Dickinson holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Massachusetts and a master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from George Washington University. She currently is pursuing a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Maryland. She is a former AmeriCorps member and Peace Corps Paraguay education volunteer. Prior to entering the University of Maryland, she taught at a bilingual public charter school in Washington, DC. Her interests include reading, raving about pizza, and running long distances.
