All first-year and many second-year students live in the centrally located Somerset Hall. The close-knit community students form here helps a large university feel small. Through the living environment, the course work, the service projects, and the co-curricular activities, CIVICUS students form a strong cohort. CIVICUS students maintain relationships with their cohort beyond their time in the program. The wide range of co-curricular and experiential activities help with community building and are integrated into the students’ living experience.
