CIVICUS is a boutique program that enrolls a selective cohort of talented students with a strong high school record of service and leadership. An interdisciplinary program, CIVICUS represents a wide range of academic interests and majors. CIVICUS coursework and CIVICUS experiential and service activities operate in tandem. Coursework is an opportunity for students to explore the root causes of social needs, multicultural issues, and strategies for addressing social concerns that they see during their service work and internships, and service projects and co-curricular activities create an environment for students to implement what they learn in classes.
