The World of Montgomery Festival celebrates and displays the rich cultural heritages of Montgomery County. The festival includes an international village, a global kitchen with chef demonstrations of traditional ethnic food, a Parade of Cultures, two performance stages of traditional dance and music, connections through service, traditional arts and fun activities for the whole family.
We need volunteers to help with setting up the festival site, and clean-up, as well as help during the festival day with running activities. Check-in for World of Montgomery volunteers will be at the festival site at the volunteer office in the Science building.
Driver Needed - comment below if you can drive.
Reflection Leader Needed - comment below if you can serve as Reflection Leader.
Meet in the ground floor lounge by 10:15am.
If you must cancel your participation within 5 days of the project date, you are responsible for finding a substitute and notifying us (you may leave a comment below). If no substitute is found you will need to complete an additional service project this semester.
