There are two shifts on the 7th: 
1st Volunteer Session: Noon-5PM
2nd Volunteer Session: 5PM- 10PM 

Petalpalooza Event Info:
Festival runs from 1PM to 9:30PM
Fireworks at 8:30PM

Location: The Wharf (1100 Maine Ave SW) - AKA "The Waterfront"
