In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month that runs from Sept. 15 through October 15, Meadowside Nature Center is having a celebration to highlight Central and South American cultures and community. 

From Noon to 3pm they will have a live band that plays salsa, merengue, and cumbia, as well as food, crafts and games!  Volunteers will help with set-up, crafts and take-down of the event. We are looking for three Spanish-speaking volunteers (we can have up to five volunteers, two of whom do not need to speak Spanish) that can help out from 11 am to 3:15 pm.

Reflection Leader Needed - please comment below if you can serve as Reflection Leader.

Meet in the ground floor lounge by 10:15am.

If you must cancel your participation within 5 days of the project date, you are responsible for finding a substitute and notifying us (you may leave a comment below). If no substitute is found you will need to complete an additional service project this semester.
